Cancellation Policy
At Circutech, we understand that mistakes happen. This policy explains when a payment can be cancelled and how to request a cancellation.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the payment is forwarded to the biller/provider. Once the transaction is processed by the utility company or service provider, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Email support@circutechservices.com immediately with the transaction ID and date.
- Include a brief reason for the cancellation.
- Our support team will attempt to stop the payment and notify you of the result.
Outcome
If cancellation is successful, any amounts already debited will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If the payment has already been credited to the provider, cancellation is not possible.
Exceptions
Cancellations are not available for transactions initiated more than 24 hours ago or for payments that have already reached the provider.
